mission of the
HEARTLAND COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT ASSOC. (Heartland-CIA)
is to build, operate, maintain community facilities, or
sponsor and/or put on fundraising
events for the betterment of Council Idaho and its surrounding
area.
We
want to provide
a better valley to live, work, and recreate in while
maintaining a long established “Historical
Theme of the area.”

Music Festivals, Parades and anything else that might bring
about community spirit and involvement.

The Heartland
CIA can always use lots of good women and men to help with
the various activities. If you feel so inclined, please

up. Your help will be
greatly appreciated and you'll get a chance to meet some
of the nicest people in the area.
The
money that is raised is used to help the community in various
ways. Check out our accomplishments.
Because
the Association is a 501(c)(3) qualified, non-profit entity,
all donations and sponsorships are tax deductible.
